AgileControls develops PC software that connects the machines in a factory by Ethernet, serial communication, or I/O, then collects, manages, and displays the information those machines produce. The aim is a clear view of the shop and a higher operating rate.
Machine information can be collected from CNCs and PLCs that support OPC UA, and from machine tools that support MTConnect. Where a machine has no Ethernet interface, an Ethernet I/O converter can still bring it onto the network.
